CLOSER TO THE WILD
Walking Safari
01 · THE EXPERIENCE
When You Slow Down, the Wilderness Changes.
A walking safari offers a completely different perspective on Tanzania. Without the height and movement of a safari vehicle, attention shifts towards the details: fresh animal tracks pressed into the earth, distant calls carried through the bush, medicinal plants, insects, birds and subtle signs of wildlife that might otherwise pass unnoticed.
Accompanied by an experienced guide and, where required, an armed ranger, you move quietly through designated wilderness areas while learning how to read the landscape around you.
02 · THE WALK
See Less Distance. Notice Much More.
Every walk is shaped by the landscape, conditions and wildlife activity of the day. The pace is relaxed, allowing time to observe, listen and understand the environment from an entirely different perspective.
