Designed for travellers who want to experience Tanzania’s most celebrated safari destinations within a shorter journey, this private three-day adventure places the Serengeti and Ngorongoro firmly at its heart.
Spend your first two days exploring the Serengeti, where open plains support lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes and immense herds of plains game. Depending on the season and movement of the animals, you may also encounter part of the Great Migration. From there, journey into the Ngorongoro highlands before descending into the remarkable crater for your final game drive.

DAY ONE · SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Into the Endless Plains
After breakfast, depart towards the legendary Serengeti National Park and begin exploring one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife landscapes.
Across its immense plains, search for lions, elephants, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and numerous antelope species. Depending on the time of year and rainfall patterns, your guide will also look for the moving herds of the Great Migration, whose location changes naturally with the seasons.
As evening approaches, settle into your tented camp in Central Serengeti for dinner and your first night surrounded by the wilderness.

DAY TWO · SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO
One Last Morning on the Plains
Wake in the heart of the Serengeti and return to the plains for a morning game drive. This is another opportunity to search for the park’s famous predators, including lions, cheetahs and leopards, alongside buffalo, elephants, giraffes and abundant plains game.
After lunch, leave the Serengeti and travel towards the Ngorongoro highlands. As you approach the crater rim, pause to take in the immense scale of this ancient volcanic landscape before continuing to Karatu for a relaxed evening at your lodge.

DAY THREE · NGORONGORO CRATER
Into Africa’s Natural Amphitheatre
After an early breakfast, return to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the magnificent crater for your final game drive.
The crater floor supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife across grassland, woodland and wetland habitats. Search for lions, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, elephants and the endangered black rhino while exploring this remarkable natural sanctuary.
Enjoy lunch during the day’s exploration before ascending from the crater and beginning your journey back to Arusha, where your three-day safari comes to an end.
