Tarangire National Park

A Land Shaped by Giants

Tarangire is a landscape of immense skies, ancient baobabs and sweeping savannah, best known for some of northern Tanzania’s most impressive elephant encounters. Away from the busier safari routes, the park feels spacious, wild and wonderfully unhurried.

At its heart, the Tarangire River winds through the wilderness, drawing wildlife towards its banks and creating a natural stage where elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and predators gather against one of Tanzania’s most distinctive landscapes.
