After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, a wilderness famous for its towering baobab trees and impressive elephant population. Spend the day exploring rolling savannahs, seasonal wetlands and the life-giving Tarangire River, where wildlife gathers throughout the year. Keep watch for lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, wildebeest and a remarkable variety of birdlife before continuing to Karatu for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Into the Endless Plains
Following breakfast, travel through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands before entering the legendary Serengeti National Park. As the scenery transforms into endless golden plains, begin your first afternoon game drive in one of Africa’s greatest wildlife sanctuaries. After a picnic lunch on the crater floor, return to Arusha where your safari concludes.
