Your journey begins with game viewing across the vast plains of the Serengeti National Park, where predators and abundant plains game create exceptional year-round safari opportunities. After a second morning exploring Central Serengeti, travel towards the Ngorongoro highlands for an overnight in Karatu.
On your final day, descend 600 metres into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater before continuing by road to Arusha Airport for your flight back to Zanzibar.

DAY ONE · ZANZIBAR TO SERENGETI
From the Indian Ocean to the Endless Plains
Your adventure begins with a scheduled bush flight from Zanzibar directly to Serengeti National Park. Upon landing at the airstrip, meet your professional safari guide and step almost immediately into your first game drive.
Spend the day exploring the Serengeti’s immense open landscapes, searching for elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and other wildlife. Depending on the season and location of the herds, the wider ecosystem may also offer opportunities to encounter the Great Migration.
As the afternoon fades, continue to your tented camp in Central Serengeti for your first evening in the wilderness.

DAY TWO · CENTRAL SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO
Sunrise on the Serengeti
Begin early with a morning game drive across Central Serengeti, when cooler temperatures and the first light of day can bring increased wildlife activity. It is a beautiful time to search for predators and photograph the plains as the landscape wakes.
After breakfast, continue game viewing as you gradually make your way out of the Serengeti and towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The scenery changes as the journey approaches the fertile highlands, before continuing to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay at Farm of Dreams Lodge.

DAY THREE · NGORONGORO TO ZANZIBAR
Into the Crater, Back to the Ocean
After breakfast, travel to Ngorongoro and descend approximately 600 metres into the crater for your final safari experience.
Explore a remarkable mosaic of grasslands, forests, wetlands and soda lakes supporting an extraordinary concentration of wildlife within the crater walls. Your guide will search for the animals that make Ngorongoro one of northern Tanzania’s most rewarding safari destinations while you enjoy your final hours in the wild.
Later, ascend from the crater and travel by road to Arusha Airport, where you board your flight back to Zanzibar and return to the Indian Ocean.Â
