The adventure begins with a scenic flight from Zanzibar to the Serengeti. Upon arrival, you’ll be met by your guide and transferred to Melia Serengeti Lodge, located in the heart of Serengeti National Park.

  After settling in, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti, where you will begin to spot the abundant wildlife this park is famous for, including lions, cheetahs, and gazelles.

Overview:
After a delicious breakfast at the lodge, set out on an early morning game drive through the Serengeti’s vast plains. This area is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including the Big Five.

• Activity:
  Spend the day exploring different regions of the Serengeti, including the Seronera Valley, known for its high concentration of predators. You may even be lucky enough to witness the Great Migration (seasonal). Enjoy a bush picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing the game drive.

Overview:
Enjoy another exciting day of exploration in the Serengeti. With the guidance of your expert driver-guide, you'll visit various habitats within the park and learn about the local ecosystem and conservation efforts.

• Activity:
  Your game drive will take you to some of the park's prime areas for wildlife viewing, such as the Serengeti Plains and the Grumeti River, where crocodiles and hippos can often be spotted. Take in the beauty of the African savannah as you continue to spot iconic wildlife and perhaps some rare species.

Overview:
After a final early morning game drive and breakfast, you’ll transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Zanzibar. This will be the end of your unforgettable Serengeti adventure.

  On your final game drive, capture those last magical moments in the Serengeti before flying back to Zanzibar for your onward journey.
